USB Flash Drive and ReadyBoost?

Basically, I am wondering whether a USB Flash Drive with ReadyBoost works with Windows XP. In the description of the product it kept talking about Vista, so I was just curious if it will work for XP as well.

ReadyBoost is a feature that is new in Vista and it’s only available to Vista users. ReadyBoost acts as a way to improve system performance without upgrading RAM by using the thumb drive as a scratch disk. ReadyBoost is not available in an version of XP.

However, the flash drive will still work in XP and will function as normal.
